I started this blog as I began my weight loss journey. I've had ups and downs, a lot of downs...and so I've decided to expand the things I write about because I have found that eating food is the reason we gain all the weight, but what is the reason we eat the food, and what can we do to stop it. And, well, because it helps to just "talk about" stuff. You don't have to like it, you don't even have to read it, but I'm going to write it when I feel like writing it. The Fat Lady

Hot Hot
Oh Gosh, I couldn't imagine how hot that would be. 90 degrees is too hot for me. I walked two miles yesterday afternoon, and it was entirely too hot to do so. You would've thought I had waked 15 miles. I pushed through it. But now, I've gotten smarter. I walked 1.5 miles this morning, that way, I only have 1.5 to walk this afternoon. My goal was to walk 2 this morning and only have 1 left to walk this afternoon. Unfortunately, that didn't happen, I was running late. At any rate. Keep pushing yourselves. It does pay off. The 22 pounds I've lost says so.
